Cancellation policy – Hotel CarpatInn Azuga

This policy regulates the conditions of cancellation and refund of reservations made directly on the official website of CarpatInn Azuga Hotel or through other partner booking channels (phone, e-mail, booking platforms).

1. General conditions

By making a reservation, the Customer confirms that he/she has acknowledged and accepts this cancellation policy.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by e-mail to rezervari@hotelcarpatinn.ro
, quoting the reservation number and the holder’s identification data.

The dates and time of receipt of the cancellation request by the Hotel will be considered as the official time of cancellation.

2. Standard cancellation policies
Normal season:

Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in date.

For cancellations less than 7 days before check-in, the first night’s accommodation will be charged.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the total amount of the reservation.

Peak season (Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Easter, school vacations, special events):

Free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in.

For cancellations between 30 and 15 days before check-in, 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

For cancellations made less than 15 days prior to arrival and for no-shows, 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.

3. Group reservations and events (weddings, christenings, team building, conferences)

A non-refundable deposit of minimum 30% is required upon booking confirmation.

The full amount is payable no later than 30 days before the date of the event.

Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event will not be refunded.

In case of cancellation less than 14 days prior to the event, 100% of the amount paid will be retained.

4. Methods of reimbursement

Refunds (where applicable) will be made within 14 working days of approval of the cancellation, using the same payment method used for the booking.

In the case of card payments, the repayment period also depends on the issuing bank.

5. Special situations

In the event of force majeure (extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, legal traffic restrictions, etc.), CarpatInn Azuga Hotel reserves the right to offer the Guest the right to reschedule the stay to another available period, without penalty, but without refund of the paid amounts.

In case of documented illness or medical emergencies, the hotel can offer, upon request, to reschedule your stay at a later date, subject to availability.

If the stay is interrupted for special reasons, the hotel may offer to reschedule the unused period. However, the check-out day is retained if it can no longer be used by the hotel.

6. Final provisions

This policy complies with applicable tourism and consumer protection laws.

Hotel CarpatInn Azuga reserves the right to change the cancellation policy, the changes will be published on the website and will only be applicable to bookings made after the date of posting.
