1.1. The “Win a Stay at Hotel CarpatInn Azuga” Contest, hereinafter referred to as the “Contest,” is organized by COMPLEX INN CARPATIN SRL, a Romanian legal entity, with the following:

1.2. The contest is being organized through the official Facebook page of Hotel CarpatInn Azuga—https://www.facebook.com/hotelcarpatinn.ro—with the aim of promoting the hotel and the services it offers.
1.3. The contest is conducted in accordance with the provisions of these Official Rules, hereinafter referred to as the “Rules.”
1.4. These rules are binding on the Organizer and all Contest participants.
1.5. By entering the Contest, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and fully accept the provisions of these Rules.
2.1. The contest is organized in accordance with Romanian laws governing promotional lotteries, consumer protection, personal data protection, and the taxation of prize winnings.
2.2. These Rules shall be certified by a notary public before the start of the Contest.
2.3. The rules for participation and conduct are available free of charge to any applicant:

3.4. The contest is held exclusively online, through the official post published on the Hotel CarpatInn Azuga Facebook page.
3.5. The organizer is not responsible for any delays, interruptions, or technical issues with the Facebook platform or participants’ internet connections.
4.1. Any individual who meets all of the following conditions may participate in the Contest:

4.3. Participation in the Contest is free and does not require the purchase of any product or service.
5.1. To validly enter the Contest, participants must complete the following steps during the period specified in Article 3:
“Who would you like to spend a stay with at the CarpatInn Azuga Hotel?”
5.2. Participants may mention or tag one or more people in the comments using the # symbol; tagging is a mandatory requirement for participation.
5.3. Participants may share the Contest post, but sharing is optional and does not increase the chances of winning.
5.4. Each participant will have only one valid entry, regardless of the number of comments posted.
5.5. Posting multiple comments by the same person increases your chances of winning.
5.6. The following are considered invalid and will be removed:
5.7. The organizer reserves the right to verify compliance with the eligibility requirements before the winner is officially confirmed.
6.1. A single prize will be awarded as part of the Contest, consisting of:
A two-day stay for two people at the CarpatInn Azuga Hotel in September 2026, with a total retail value of 900 lei.
6.2. The prize may be used exclusively in September 2026, based on a prior reservation and subject to hotel availability.
6.3. The exact dates of the stay will be determined by mutual agreement between the winner and the Organizer, depending on room availability.
6.4. Reservations must be requested and confirmed in advance by phone or email.
6.5. The prize includes only the services expressly mentioned in the confirmation sent to the winner by the Organizer.
6.6. The prize does not include:
6.7. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, substituted for another product or service, or resold.
6.8. The prize may be transferred to another person only with the Organizer’s prior written consent.
6.9. If the winner does not use the prize in September 2026 or does not show up on the reserved date, without a rescheduling accepted by the Organizer, the prize will be considered forfeited.
6.10. The winner and their guest must comply with the hotel policies, check-in and check-out times, and the rules in effect at the CarpatInn Hotel.
7.1. The winner will be selected at random through an electronic drawing to be held on August 3, 2026, starting at 8:00 p.m.
7.2. The drawing will be conducted via the AppSorteos/Rafflys electronic platform or through an equivalent application that allows for the random selection of a comment from among the eligible entries.
7.3. The drawing will be conducted from the list of comments posted on the official Contest post by 7:59 p.m. on August 3, 2026.
7.4. The following will be selected during the drawing:
7.5. After the drawing, the Organizer will verify that the person designated as the winner meets all the conditions set forth in these Rules.
7.6. If the grand prize winner does not meet the conditions, cannot be contacted, does not respond within the specified time frame, or declines the prize, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to the first alternate winner.
7.7. The same procedure will be applied successively to all alternate winners.
7.8. The results of the electronic drawing may be recorded or saved by the Organizer to demonstrate the transparency and random nature of the winner’s selection.
8.1. The winner will be announced publicly on the Hotel CarpatInn Azuga Facebook page, either in a post or in a comment on the contest post.
8.2. The organizer will also try to contact the winner via a private message on Facebook.
8.3. The winner must respond to the Organizer within 48 hours of the announcement being published or the private message being sent.
8.4. For verification and award of the prize, the winner may be asked to provide the following information:

8.6. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, refuses to provide the necessary information, or cannot prove that they meet the eligibility requirements, they will forfeit their right to the prize.
8.7. In order to comply with legal obligations, the Organizer will publicly announce the winner’s name and the prize awarded.
8.8. The organizer will not ask the winner to pay any participation fees, validation fees, or reservation fees, nor will it ask for the winner’s credit card information.
9.1. The prize awarded as part of the Contest constitutes prize income and will be treated for tax purposes in accordance with the laws in effect on the date of award.
9.2. The organizer will calculate, report, withhold, and pay, as applicable, the tax due on the prize, in accordance with applicable law.
9.3. The Organizer’s fulfillment of its tax obligations will not reduce the declared value of the hotel services provided to the winner.
9.4. The organizer may request from the winner the identification information strictly necessary to fulfill tax and reporting obligations.

11.3. Official communications regarding the Contest will be made solely through the official Hotel CarpatInn Azuga website and via the contact information listed in these Rules.
12.1. This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook or Meta, and is not in any way associated with Facebook or Meta.
12.2. Participants understand that the information is provided to the Organizer, not to Facebook or Meta.
12.3. By participating, each person releases Facebook and Meta from any liability related to the organization, conduct, and awarding of the prize.
12.4. Facebook and Meta are not responsible for verifying participants, selecting the winner, or awarding the prize.
13.1. The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entry for which there is reasonable suspicion that it was submitted through fraud, automated means, fake accounts, or other methods that compromise the fairness of the Contest.
13.2. Any attempt to manipulate the drawing or artificially influence participation will result in disqualification.
13.3. The decision to disqualify a participant will be made based on the information available to the Organizer and may be explained to the person concerned upon request.
14.1. In the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control, the Organizer may suspend, modify, extend, or terminate the Contest.
14.2. Any significant changes will be announced publicly on our official Facebook page and through updates to the Terms and Conditions available on our website.
14.3. Any amendments to the Regulations will take effect only after the applicable legal formalities have been completed.
14.4. The organizer will ensure that any changes do not unduly affect the rights of participants who have already registered.
15.1. Any complaints regarding the conduct of the Contest may be submitted in writing to the following email address:

15.3. The organizer will review the complaints and provide a response within a reasonable time frame.
15.4. Any disputes will be resolved amicably; if this is not possible, disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Romania.
16.1. Participation in the Contest constitutes unconditional and full acceptance of these Rules.
16.2. The organizer reserves the right to verify the authenticity and validity of each entry.
16.3. The winner’s name and the prize awarded will be announced once the validation process is complete.
16.4. The rules for participation and conduct are available free of charge to any applicant on the CarpatInn Hotel website and upon request sent to hotelcarpatinn@gmail.com.
16.5. These Regulations shall enter into force on July 23, 2026, following the completion of the applicable legal formalities.
