HOTEL REGULATION

Dear guests,

We want you to have an unforgettable experience at Hotel Carpat Inn**** and that’s why we have established a number of principles and rules that we respectfully ask you to keep in mind both during and after your stay.

Booking

Reservations can be made directly by phone: +40-748.222.745 or hotelcarpatinn@gmail.com

Reservations will be guaranteed with a valid credit card on the date of reservation or prepayment. In case of no-show, the hotel reserves the right to retain the amount of the first night and to release the room for the remainder of the booked period.

For those without a reservation, the restaurant has a first-come, first-served policy.

Dinner reservations are recommended in advance, even if you are staying in a hotel.

Cancel your reservation

Any room reservation cancellation must be sent in writing to hotelcarpatinn@gmail.com 7 days prior to check in date.

– THE PAYMENT TERM OF THE PROFORMA INVOICE IS 2 DAYS.
– FAILURE TO PAY ON TIME WILL RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION.
– THE REMAINING BALANCE IS DUE AT CHECK-IN.
– CANCELLATION WITHOUT PENALTY CAN BE MADE 7 DAYS BEFORE CHECK-IN.
– THE REFUSAL TO PAY AT CHECK-OUT THE AMOUNTS RELATED TO THE ACCOMMODATION AND SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE HOTEL WILL BE SETTLED BY LEGAL MEANS
– THE RETURN OF THE REMAINING AMOUNTS AFTER THE INTERRUPTION OF THE STAY CAN ONLY BE MADE IN THE FOLLOWING CASES: MEDICAL EMERGENCY, DEATH IN THE FAMILY, OTHER CASES OF FORCE MAJEURE
– ANY INTERRUPTION OF THE STAY FOR OTHER REASONS LEADS TO THE LOSS OF THE DEPOSIT
– ROOM ALLOCATION IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.
– PREFERENTIAL ROOM ASSIGNMENT CAN BE MADE ACCORDING TO THE TARIFF POLICIES.
– REFUSAL OF THE ROOM FOR UNJUSTIFIED REASONS WILL RESULT IN THE CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION AND LOSS OF THE DEPOSIT.

Rates

Carpat Inn**** rates vary depending on the type of room you choose, availability, day and season, as well as the number of people in the room(more details on the booking page).

Arrival and departure

Room check-in is available from 16:00

Check-out is before 11:30.

If a room is requested before 16:00 on the first day of your stay, it will be honored subject to availability.

In case rooms are vacated after 11:30 on the last day of the stay, a late check out can be offered subject to availability, at an additional cost of 100 lei until 14:00 and 100% of the accommodation will be charged for the extra night’s stay after 14:00.

Guests who check out by 11:30 can leave their luggage at the reception desk in a dedicated luggage drop-off area for up to 6 hours free of charge.

Luggage left at reception for more than 6 hours will be charged storage fees.

If guests’ luggage is left in the room after the 11:30 check-out, 100% of the price of one night’s accommodation will be charged.

These guest requests will be clarified and honored only to the extent that the hotel does not have firm confirmations for those accommodations.

Accommodation

All children are welcome.

Children aged 0-4 years will be accommodated free of charge when existing beds are used.

For children under 2 years of age, a baby cot can be provided subject to availability.

Please let us know when booking if you need a cot so that we can honor your request, subject to availability.

Children under 12 years of age are not allowed to ride the elevator alone, only accompanied by an adult. The same applies to the playground, which is open from 10 – 21.30.

For children older than 7 years, an extra bed must be purchased.

All children up to the age of 18 pay 80 lei per night for extra beds

The maximum capacity for extra beds in a room is 1.

The room types that can accommodate extra beds or cots are superior, executive or deluxe rooms, as well as suites.

Please let us know when booking if you need an extra bed for your child so that we can honor your request subject to availability.

Semnalistics

For additional requests during your stay, you can use the signage on the digital thermostats in the rooms:

  • activating the DND (do not disturb) button with your permission, the room will be entered to check the utilities and cleanliness, between 7.00 – 15.00, at the time set by you and communicated to the hotel reception; if this button is activated the housekeeping and technical cards do not work, so they are restricted access to your room
  • activating the Make my room button – this message will prompt you to clean your room.
  • The maximum temperature that can be set in the room is 25 degrees.

Additional guests

You can receive guests in your room between 08:00 and 22:00 free of charge. If you receive guests between 22:00 and 08:00, they will have to pay the difference in the room rate and register at reception by filling in the accommodation check-in form.

Dress Code

Hotel Carpat Inn**** doesn’t have a specific dress code, but we do recommend decency and respect for other guests and staff.

People wearing bathrobe, bathing suit, bathing suit, undershirt and shorts and flip-flops will not be accepted in the restaurant and reception.

It is forbidden to bring pancakes and skis into the hotel reception, access is through the cloakroom door to the right of the entrance, using the room access card.

Access to the pool or Spa area is allowed only in bathing suit, clean flip-flops, towel, bathrobe, helmet.

Access to the pool and Spa area is forbidden for people with dermatological and infectious diseases, as well as unaccompanied or unsupervised minors under 14 years of age.

Payment methods

For payment of services Carpat Inn**** accepts credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), cash payment (RON), vouchers/vacation vouchers or by bank transfer.

In the latter case, please present the bank’s OP to your accommodation.

In addition to contracts already concluded, please note that payment or pre-authorization of the card is made at the time of check-in.

If payment is to be made at the end of the stay, a deposit must be made by credit card or cash for the period and accommodation services requested.

In the case of bank transfer, payment must be made in advance on the basis of the pro forma invoice.

Gratuities and service costs

Gratuities for hotel staff are at the guests’ discretion.

Smoking

Traditional smoking and e-cigarettes are not allowed inside the complex according to the applicable legislation in force (Law 349/2002 amended and supplemented by Law 15/2016). Hotel Carpat Inn**** has outdoor smoking areas.

The hotel has non-smoking rooms only. In case of non-compliance with this regulation, a charge of 250lei/night for room cleaning services will be applied.

Pets

As a general rule, people with animals and birds are not allowed in the hotel.

Pets of any size or species are not allowed in the restaurants and spa.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner

Breakfast is served in the lounge on the 1st floor, in the interval:

  • 8.00 and 10.30 a.m. (Monday to Friday)
  • 8.00 and 11.00 a.m. (Saturday and Sunday)

It is forbidden to consume drinks or food in areas other than the dedicated areas (restaurant, breakfast room, bar, terrace).

You can invite anyone to have breakfast with you, but it is obligatory that each guest pays the breakfast charge, respects the rules of behavior and is decently dressed.

If you fancy a coffee or a cocktail, you can also use the bar area on the ground floor.

For meals with a set menu (e.g. events, etc.), the reservation is confirmed and guaranteed by paying a deposit. This deposit is forfeited if the reservation is not honored.

Room Service

Room service is available for a fee (50 lei per order) during the following times:

  • 8.00 and 10.30 a.m. (Monday to Friday) – breakfast
  • 8:00 and 11.00 a.m. (Saturday and Sunday) – breakfast
  • 12:30 and 22:00 (Monday to Sunday) – restaurant

No soups/ciorbs, papanis or papana.

The hotel’s indoor swimming pool is open from 10:00 to 20:00 from Monday to Sunday.

Parking space and cars

The Hotel Carpat Inn**** offers its guests, subject to availability, 100 parking spaces – underground parking in the two parking lots in front of the hotel.

Although we take every precaution, we do not accept responsibility in the event of theft or damage to the surface of our property. To avoid such inconvenience, please do not leave valuables inside your cars.

Safety of personal belongings

Hotel Carpat Inn**** is equipped with approved electronic systems for monitoring room access and opening safes.

We recommend using the safes available in the rooms for the storage of valuables. We assume no responsibility for items forgotten, lost or presumed stolen in Carpat Inn****.

Special assistance

We want to provide the best possible conditions for people with disabilities.

Most areas of the hotel are accessible.

If you require special assistance of any kind, please let us know in advance so that we can make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Confidentiality of information

We will never use your name or other information about you without first obtaining your consent to do so. You will have the opportunity to let us know if you wish to receive this information in the future.

Processing of personal data

In accordance with the EU Regulation 679/2016 on the processing of personal data and their free movement, S.C Complex Inn Carpatin SRL is obliged to manage in secure conditions and only for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes, the personal data provided by its customers, individuals and representative images.

Environmental protection policy

Protecting the environment is a permanent concern for us, which is why we promote a responsible attitude in this respect.

The detergents used to wash and sterilize linen, towels, tablecloths and dressing gowns are biodegradable, and saving them means better conservation of the environment.

Bed linen is changed every two days or on request. Towels are changed daily.To signal us your wish to change linen and towels, please leave them on the floor or in the bathtub.

Disputes and complaints

We reserve the right to charge our guests’ cards, irrespective of their wishes, in at least the following cases:

  • have left the hotel without paying for the services of Carpat Inn****;
  • have caused damage or destruction;
  • they left with items that did not belong to them and which they did not pay for at reception;
  • have not canceled the reservation by the deadline.
  • have smoked in the hotel or rooms although smoking is prohibited

Any controversy, dispute or claim that may arise from the application of these terms and conditions, we will attempt to resolve amicably. If this is not possible, it will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Prahova.

Undesirable customer removal program

The guest must conform to hotel customs. He/she will have to respect both the peace and quiet in the hotel, restaurant, playground and SPA center, as well as the rules of social and moral conduct.

Carpat Inn**** guests must also take care of the property entrusted to them during their stay.

Any breach of the hotel’s customs or of the rules of morality and social behavior entitles the hotelier to immediately terminate the contract/lease without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse accommodation, service in the restaurant and access to our property to guests who are drunk, rude or unruly, who by their attitude damage the hotel’s image or disturb other guests. Any damage or deterioration of property belonging to Carpat Inn**** will be borne by those responsible for it.

We reserve the right to forcibly evict undesirable guests from the hotel, restaurant or our property.

In view of the above, we reserve the right to select our customers.

Alcoholic beverages

It is forbidden to bring alcoholic beverages from outside the restaurant without prior permission from the management.

The restaurant reserves the right to stop serving people who are intoxicated or who have already consumed alcoholic beverages in larger quantities and become recalcitrant.

Guests staying at the Carpat Inn **** enjoy a preferential offer of free and paid services. For paid services, further information can be obtained at the hotel reception.

Fire protection

Our customers’ safety comes first, which is why we have taken all safety and protection measures in case of fire.

Room access doors and doors leading to escape routes have been fire retardant treated, providing a 30-minute direct flame resistance. There are also in-room smoke detectors, an evacuation plan or fire hydrants and high-capacity fire extinguishers located in the hotel hallways.

The fire alarm system is automatic and connected directly to the hotel’s dispatch center and the security and intervention company. Attention to detail has also extended to the hotel’s escape routes, which are marked with illuminated elements, powered non-stop from the building’s own energy sources and transmit it to the foundation, ensuring thermal and sound insulation and resistance to horizontal stresses (e.g. wind, earthquake).

Final clauses

The unit is under video surveillance both inside and outside and we consider that any client when accessing any service offered by Hotel Carpat Inn**** (accommodation, restaurant, SPA, events) has read the above terms and conditions and tacitly accepted them.

Changes to terms and conditions

Terms and conditions may be changed at any time by Hotel Carpat Inn**** without prior notice.
